Echipamentul permite dozarea in functie de reteta, avand capacitati maxime diferite pentru fiecare tip de produs in parte.Permite salvarea in
\nPLC a 15 tipuri de retete, acestea putand fi selectate automat din touch screen in functie de produs si de preferinte.<\/p>\n

De asemenea solutia de sarare poate fi mixata separat intr-un vas de omogenizare sau poate fi preparata direct in buncarul de amestecare. Este prevazut cu pompa de recirculare a solutiei pentru un consum optim.
\nAcest echipament poate fi integrat intr-o linie completa de prajire si sarare, ca parte integranta a liniei.
